Debate has sparked in towns across Massachusetts, including in Carver, as they mull over how to deal with a state law requiring towns to zone for multi-family housing.  In a Select Board Meeting on Tuesday, July 9, Town Planner Thomas Bott laid out what Carver’s compliance with the state’s MBTA Communities Act would look like.
